At Modastilo MENA, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to ensure that every product meets our high-quality standards. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Returns are only accepted for ready-to-wear and unstitched materials that are not customized or tailored.
• Custom-stitched, altered, or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Return Process

1. Contact our Customer Support team via WhatsApp or email within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number, item name, and a brief reason for return.
3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.

3. Refunds & Store Credit

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds are issued as store credit or original payment method, depending on the situation.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-stitched and altered garments
• Accessories
• Discounted or sale items
• Items with hygiene concerns (e.g. innerwear)
